COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Not particularly fond of this style, I wanted to craft a dark beer with the brightest flavours. Pitch black in color but with bright aromas of mango. Blind tasted you’d be forgiven for thinking that this was a glass of mango juice. Henok

Flaska övervåningen pitchers örebro. Kolsvart vätska med lätt beiget skum. En mycket fruktig och färskhumlig doft med mycket citrus. I smak rostad malt med fin citrusfräschör . Lite kaffe och lätt torr avslutning

Tap at Bishops Arms Folkungagatan. Pitch black with off white head. Roasted aroma with liquorice, citrus, mango and coffee. Bitter taste dominated by hops and coffee. No mango in taste, unfortunately.

Draught at Omnipollos Hatt. Dark and clear with a redish hue and a 1 finger creamy beige head. Aroma is a mix of fruity mango with bitter herbal licorice and pine. Taste is bitter and sweet with caramel, wormwood, licorice and mango. Big herbal bitter finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, oily. Robust but toylike. Like many other Omnipollo beers.

Pours black with a medium sized tan head. Aromas of mango, peach, roasted malts, chocolate, slight nutty notes. Taste is very fruity upfront that gives way to nice roasted notes and a moderate malty backbone. Mouthfeel is quite creamy with soft carbonation. Very good!

Draught at Omnipollos Hatt. Opaque black liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of citrus, coffee, ash, mango, red berries, light grain and grapefruit. Taste is very light sweet and medium bitter with notes of grain, citrus, coffee and ash. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Ok, but all over the place.
