Not particularly fond of this style, I wanted to craft a dark beer with the brightest flavours. Pitch black in color but with bright aromas of mango. Blind tasted you’d be forgiven for thinking that this was a glass of mango juice. Henok

Bottle @ home. Opaque black color, medium sized beige to light brown head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is lightly malts, but mostly -just like the description says- mango juice. Taste lightly malts, lightly roasted malts, again full mango, fruit hoppy and quite bitter. Suitable decent to medium body, suitable a bit soft carbonation. This is absolutely lovely! Superb balance between roasted malts and hoppy mango juice! Lovely stuff!
