Pours hazy pale yellow with low white head. Aroma of pineapple, menthol, wheat... Taste is medium tart, fruit, no sign of the spearmint here. Body is light and crisp with soft carbonation.

Rating #1495 - 13.03.2015 - On tap @revolutionyeg #SourNFunk2015 - Posted as Magic 411, but I’m fairly confident this was the beer in front of me.Pours a hazy yellow with a bubbly white head. Aroma is pineapple juice, spearmint. Decent lacto character, quite tart, but a very herbal spearmint note dominates the whole way. Not great.

Draft - Grassy, herbal and light spearmint. Pinkish yellow with a decent white head. Herbal and grassy with light sourness. OK.

330 ml bottle. Pours a yellow colour with large bubbles. Small foamy head. Aroma of juicy pineapple, raw green apples and some herbal notes. Flavour is rather crisp and sour with strong lemony notes, sweet pineapple, wheat and herbal bitterness. Light bodied. Dry and very citrusy finish. Refreshing. Nice one.

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2015 A bit chemical nose, strawberry like, with some yeast ester. It’s very very light, and wheaty... feels to be honest like flavoured hoegaarden.

jookos (7293) - FINLAND - DEC 27, 2014
Bottle. Pale yellow. Interesting nose. Sort of funky, could swear there’s some brett in here. Fruity though, some citrus, sour tropicals (pineapple?), wheaty malts. Light on the palate. dry. Fruity flavour, pineapple again. Hay/straw pale maltyness. Really refreshing, and good. Somewhat bland/watery, but overall ok.

sokuzs1 (1701) - POLAND - DEC 1, 2014

Leicht trübes goldgelbes Bier mit wenig weißem Schaum. Geruch sehr fruchtig, hefig, würzig, Citrusfrüchte. Geschmack säuerlich fruchtig, Honig, hefig, immer süßer werdend, gut!
