“Neb” is a home brew recipe that has been scaled up with no consideration to economies of scale. Some say idiotic, and as an economist I would have to agree. Get fresh or die trying.

This is Swedens best IPA. I love this beer, and so do a lot of other Norwegians, as it is ordered and sold out fairly quickly whenever it arrives. A strong ABV on the nose with an almost magical use of hops, this is just, well, everything I want from a beer. Now, if only I had tons of money and could have this beer on tap in my flat 24/7, I’d be golden.

Aroma: intense citrus, resin, grass, floral; Appearance: pale golden, vanishing head; Taste: intense bitterness, medium sourness, slight sweetness; Palate: long finish, full body, thick texture, soft carbonation Very intense aroma, perfect bitterness, alcohol shows just a bit through.

A wonder of cloudy ambergolden waterfalls pouring down my glass. Aroma of rapeseed honey and flowers. A complex full body filled with hops, hops, hops and sweetness. Honey and a hint of orange zest. Might be the best one ever.

Mmmh, really balanced yet bitter hoppyness of happyness. A strong citrusy aroma with a pungent kick. Masterpiece.
