neongolden (2269) - Linköping, Sweden/Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 1, 2018
(330ml bottle from Kihoskh) Pours pitch black with a frothy dark tan head and spotty lace. Aroma of chocolate brownie, fudge, nutella, toasted nuts, chocolate milk, dark caramel. light roasty coffee and vanilla hints. Flavour is rather sweet but not extremely syrupy, toffee malt sweetness, milk chocolate, choc cake, hazelnut meets toasted nut mix, slightly acidic roast grains/coffee, nutella, vanilla, long semi-dry flavourful choco/nut/vanilla finish. Medium-bodied at best, feels a touch thin for its flavour, average carbonation. A good variant of the original but not necessarily better than it, for whatever reason feeling a little thinner too. Nose is awesome as expected.

24.03.2018, tap @ Dispensary:
Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is sweet, vanilla sugar, dark malts, dark sugar, hazelnut syrup, minerals, marshmallows, chocolate, caramel, toast, bark. Taste is sweet sour-ish mineraly, weeds, vanilla sugar, bark, minerals, toast, dark malts, dark sugar, hazelnut syrup, sour grass, sour coffee, sawdust, chop. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Fair enough, artificial pastry stout...

Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light to medium bitter, dark chocolate, nuts, caramel, chocolate cake, cocoa, very nutty. Bittersweet cocoa and nuts in the finish. Body is close to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Another great version of Noa.

Fisler (873) - Bamberg, GERMANY - FEB 11, 2018
Sehr angenehm weicher, cremiger Geschmack. Keine Spur von Alkohol. In der Nase wie im Trunk Schoko, nussig, leichte Süße, überraschend süffig - sehr gefährlich. Genau der richtige Nachtisch für ein üppiges Abendessen.
