UPDATED: JAN 21, 2018 12 oz can shared by a friend, thanks Tyler! Dark brownish black with tan head. Aromas of big graham cracker, vanilla, marshmallow, toasty notes. Tastes of vanilla, milk chocolate, marshmallow. Full body with a dry finish. Like a chocolate covered s'mores. Delicious. klakier (18) - Deurne (Antwerpen), BELGIUM - JAN 19, 2018

Smells and tastes like brownie batter with touch of pecan pie. Black in color with tan head.

Pours black, with visible carbonation and some sediments. A finger of brown head that laces a bit. Aroma of roasted malts, nut, cake and vanilla. Tastes sweet at first, chocolaty malts, nuts, brownie, and it becomes bitter and dry after. Full bodied, slick mouth feel, very thick. Great brew, but I prefer the hazelnut cupcake version. 12 ounce can purchased at Bine & Vine ($). POURS pitch black with one finger of quite dark brown foam that quickly dissipates. AROMA of hazelnut, graham cracker pie crust, fudge, peanut butter, more roasted nuts (pecan, almond), with some campfire-roasted marshmallow. FLAVOR of graham crackers, bitter chocolate, roasted nuts, caramel, vanilla, and a bit of creamy cafe au lait. Very smooth. Kudos to the brewers for not making this overly sweet. The 11% is hidden very well which adds to the smoothness. Not super complex, but near perfect as a fun riff on a dessert. (700, 1080) ebone1988 (2237) - Dearborn, Michigan, USA - JAN 12, 2018
Holy hell. Can from Merchants. Aroma is cake, caramel, pecans, frosting, vanilla, slight bready, really really nice. Appearance is black, brown head, poured thick. Taste is decadent, pecan, caramel, vanilla frosting, coffee, chocolate, cake, roasted malt, total dessert bomb. Mouthfeel is medium to heavy body, light carbonation, decadent caramel pecan cake aftertaste. Overall, this is really fucking good. Better than any barrel variant I've had of this beer. hershiser2 (3831) - Charlottesville, Virginia, USA - JAN 12, 2018
$5.20 pint can from Wine Warehouse, chilled for 5 minutes in the freezer (so not much).
Pours thick and black with a large soft brown head.
Wow, aroma is amazing: nuts (almost smells like peanut butter but I know it's not), chocolate, salt, vanilla, cream.
Flavor is sweet chocolate, nuts, vanilla, coffee, cream.
Smooth, creamy, and delicious. cilvekspagaisu (85) - - JAN 12, 2018
