Niesamowity aromat kremu orzechowego i stoutowej bazy. W smaku nutella, paloność, goryczka i troszkę kwaśności. Bardzo dobre!

UPDATED: AUG 19, 2017 @Gents Bierfestival. Imagine walking into a true Belgian chocolate store, that’s the nose you’ll get. Immensely complex huge dark chocolate nose, liquorice, caramelized nuts, just wonderfull! Thick, creamy, syrupy, sweet flavour, lots of cacao, long very dry finish. Perfect balance of pure flavour. Huge Imperial stout, and an uncontested victor of this festival!

Can in Seattle. I opened this while watching The Great British Baking Show and it seems to fit perfectly. A heavy and sweet, nutty and cocoa aroma reminds me of pastry and almonds straight away. Right like the franzipan challenge I just saw. I’m glad to see that the brewer made light of his pastry influence on this one! Ring of tan foam, heavy and dark, opaque and black. Alcohol legs. Sip is quite sweet , but with some very creamy nuts. Reminds me of marzipan, but this is pecan obviously. Brownie like sweet cocoa. I didn’t like this at first, but it grew on me. A fairly nice, heavily adjunct Stout. The description on this can, mentioning the natural and artificial flavors added, plus caramel color added too, is honest but not reassuring.

Nieziemski aromat. Ciasto czekoladowe, orzechy, wanilia, średnia paloność. Lekko wyczuwalny alkohol, ale poza tym - czysta poezja.

From Labirratorium. In Teku glass. After dinner. Very original and rich flavor porfile that reminds some kind of pastry desert, with notes to nuts, vanilla, coconut, milk chocolate

TEJA (3103) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - AUG 8, 2017
UPDATED: AUG 8, 2017 Bottle from systembolaget Sweden. Small but lasting brown fluffy head. very dark color. The aroma is totally dominated by caramelized sugar. Sweet caramell and mild coffee and chocolate taste. Mild bitterness and a full body.

bierkoning (13387) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - AUG 7, 2017
Bottle. Almost black. Pasta choca and hazelnuts in the abundant, yet a bit chemical aroma. Thick. Malty sweet roasty flavor with coffee, dark chocolate and hazelnut paste. A bit too rich and sweet to be enjoyable.

33cl bottle. Deep brown/black with a small beige head. Chocolate, vanilla, coffee and nuts. Just like a dessert in liquid form. Very good.

Bottle. Black with amost no foam. Aroma and taste is sweet chocolate, vanilla, some roasted and some coffee. A lot of sweet cake in this one and no alcohol what so ever. Nice body, but not so complex beer.
