COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With yeast and hops in our trunks we teamed up outside Barcelona (Catalunya) to brew this beer containing; an array or specialty malts, rye, moscovado sugar, hops and a hand full of Spanish cranberries (literally a hand full so don’t expect a fruit beer). Layered yet fresh, we sincerely hope that this beer will embody the passion, enthusiasm and hard work that went into making it.

Salud!

Javier, Sami, Ramon (Nómada Brewing), Jordi (CCM) Karl and Henok (Omnipollo)

Gushing, then pours red amber with reddish highlights and off-white foam head.
Strawberries, burnt rubber, hops.
Too much foam in mouth.
Yeast flavours and strong bitterness.
Sweet and bitter aftertaste.
Although this brew is not well-balanced, it is pleasant.

Unclear medium amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, warm citrus, licorice notes. Bottle 33 cl. Hazy reddish amber with a small and creamy off-white head leaving some laces. Burned malty aroma with a spicy touch of allspice. Sweet with quite some late hops. A little messy. Forgettable, nice label, though.

Bottle 33cl from FoneFan thanks, a cloudy amber brown beer with very huge off white head. Nose is hopy and orange like. Aroma is malty, caramel like, spicy, dry with lot of grassy hops, light astringency, appel touch, finish on yeast and bitterness.

Slayer85 (1051) - Firenze, ITALY - JAN 20, 2013
Bottle. A clear medium amber beer, with a huge, frothy, fully lasting, off-white to light brown head. The aroma is moderately malty (toasted grain/nuts, caramel), lightly hoppy (grapefruit, herbs), with notes of cranberries, red fruits/berries, sugar. The flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body.velvety texture, lively carbonation, very long finish with moderate to heavy bitterness, lighty to moderately alcoholic. Really an enjoyable aroma and surprisingly bitter aftertaste, with the bitterness being lightly sharp for my palate. Not much of a problem, though, since this one has more merits than flaws.

Plovmand (8629) - Grindsted, DENMARK - JAN 12, 2013
Bottle. Pours amber with a medium off white head. The aroma is yeasty and fruity with some sugary notes. The flavour is slight tart berries in frotn and then comes some fruity hops and it ends up bitter and tart fruity.

Ni el aroma ni el sabor me convencen, nada agradable en boca, una cerveza prescindible.
