Dark beer with some mahogany highlights. Thin sticky beige head. Roasted grains, sweetened coffee, rich chocolate, subtle cinnamon, and long vanilla finish. The abv is well hidden. Really nice stout.

Pours black with a thick tan head. Aroma is vanilla coffee and some cinnamon. Flavor is what I believe cinnamon mixed in the vanilla would taste like just the guess cuz I can't describe it very well. Overall pretty good too many flavors for me to be a really good stout.

stevoj (5964) - Boise, Idaho, USA - MAY 15, 2017
22oz bottle from 2017 RIS tasting. Pour looks about right, black body with small tan head. This is a big coffee cake of a beer, chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, coffee. Breakfast in a bottle. Slick and chewy, and warms you up with the 13%ABV. Should be drinking this in the winter, not in May.

Bottle at the 10th Boise Imperial Stout Tasting. Very dark brown pour with a small tan head. Aromatic with espresso and roast, cocoa and vanilla, cinnamon. Spicy and sweet flavor of chocolate, mocha, and vanilla with a nice accent from the cinnamon. Delish.

Tognetta (953) - São Paulo, BRAZIL - APR 9, 2017
Totalmente negra e truva.

Gerbeer (4219) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 8, 2017
650 ml bottle. Pours black with full tan head. Aromas of black coffee, rich dark chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, and slick roasted malts. Rich flavors follow same; dark chocolate brownies with cinnamon and bit of ginger. No hint of the ABV. Great stuff.
