On tap at One Barrel Brewery as Jimbos Whiskey Barrel Stout. Dark brown with a thin brown head. Aroma of dark roasted malts, coffee, oak, tobacco and light chocolate. On tap at One Barrel, pours black with a thick tan head, looks really nice, the aroma has more sweetness and chocolate than whiskey, didn’t really come through all that strong, the flavor has a sweet front end with a little bit of the whiskey and oak showing in the finish, still pretty subtle and not overpowering through, mouthfeel is pretty nice, the 9% is pretty much hidden, not bad.
