September 14, 2015 at The Plough at Swan’s Pier - cask handpull. With ChrisO and lagerloather. Hazy gold with a smallish foamy white head. Mild aroma - floral, no alcohol, a bit sweet - taste follows, even sweeter - pretty dull but clean. Light body, a bit sticky, mild carbonation, quick finish, a little more bitterness in the linger but it even finishes sweet; ehh.

Cask conditioned at Greyfriars, Reading, Berks. Amber with white head. Quite a simple, light bitter, easy on the palate, greenish malt notes with a hint of caramel then a simple, earthy, leafy hop note. It’s fine.

White Hart. Cask. Almost clear amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth with decent fine carbonation. Light malts, not that sweet. Little marmalade and very mild bitterness. Light semi dry finish. It’s a bit of no mans land beer but inoffensive.
