COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This experimental “RyePA” features a spicy rye kick that is mellowed by high alpha flavoring and aroma hops that contribute a floral aroma. Not quite a flower wreath of carnations, but not dissimilar.

Taster at the Blarney Stone’s Solstice Fest, Oak Forest. Spicy nose with a bit of fruity hop to it, and nuttin’ wrong with that. Brownish color, in fact taste is a bit like a nut brown ale. On the palate I get a nice dose of hops, but the rye also lends a note of hemp.

[Tap] Bright yellow pour with a considerable amount of haze to it. Almost looks like a wheat beer. Pillowy head of white foam. Aromas of spicy rye malts, biscuits and perfume/floral hops. Flavors of rye bread, dough, white bread, floral hops and mild citrus fruits. Clean and tasty. The bitterness is there, but not overwhelming. The finish is pretty abrupt.
