Light golden color, slightly hazy, with a thin white head. Aroma is faint with a hint of honey. Taste is mild, slightly sweet with a nip of coriander and citrus. Mild on the finish with a light to medium body. Pairs well with a light cream cheese on matzo crackers.

12 oz bottle sent to me by alagnak. Pour is a cloudy yellow with a bright white one inch head that falls quick. Not too much lacing. Aroma of grainy cracker malt and orange fruit. Some nice yeasty, mild clove spice in there as well. A touch of flint and mineral present as well. Nice full clean nose. Taste is sharp acidic citrus (much more orange or lemon peel than the fruit of the nose) out of the gate, with some clove spice and then the cracker grainy malt. Like the nose, natural and fresh - very unfiltered taste. Palate is full, yet light and drinkable with nice carbonation. Finish features the mineral earthiness from the nose. Nice one, thanks for thinking of me Chris - this was right up my alley.

Draft at the OF, served in an icy pint glass. Hazy tan-orange color with a big, foamy head. Light and fresh lemony aroma and taste. Smooth and watery, somewhere between light and medium bodied. Some vanilla nuances in there as well. No real hop character to speak of. Light malt sweetness, light orange zest.

Sample at the brewery. Dark yellow. Nice grainy, malty aroma. Very clean fresh and crisp.

Bottle. Mild sweet malts and grainy aroma little week. Yellow/gold body with white head. Flavor was of sweet caramel for the most part. No much for the refreshment factor here on the palate. Alright brew.

Hazy golden straw color with a small white head that leaves a spotty lacing. Effervescence is mostly hidden in the haze. Bready aroma with touches of honey and fruit. Light fruity flavors up front, citrus, strawberry, apricot nectar, very pleasant. The malts contain some stale off flavors. Lingering citrus finish. Thin bodied, somewhat sharp mouthfeel.

JPDIPSO (6298) - Wauwatosa, USA - OCT 19, 2008
LIghtly hazed straw color with a modest off-white head. Mild aromas, with some light grain and acidic fruit (strawberry). LIght sweet caramel start. Some mild scone and jam flavors in the middle. SOme light phenols with mild fruit continues into the finish. LInger has a bit of grain and a touch of citric acid. Thin flavors which do not hide the only slight imperfections.

Pours a yellow color with thin white head. Aroma is pungent with some stale malt and light fruit. Taste is the same. Can’t believe what style this beer is trying to be shoe-horned into, but whatever style it is, it sucks.

Petrucci914 (921) - Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 27, 2008
Pours a straw yellow color with a thin white head. Aroma is almost like a berliner-weisse, mild sour, and grainy malts. Taste is a bit watery, and grainy/bready. Nothing special.

esjaygee (3902) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 20, 2008
On Tap at the Great Lakes Brewfest. Hazy yellow with no head. Aroma is mildly sour with fruit, grain and sweet malt. Taste of wheat, sweet malt, mild fruit. Unbalanced and watery, a blah beer in a blah beer style.
