Smells like my mum’s apply crumble. Light palate, a little fizzy. Apple in the taste too, some light spicing too, fits the crumble theme. Palate thin, a bit fizzy. Tons of swirling makes it work better. Light and drinkable and refreshing, I enjoyed it.

Bottle poured a clear yellow with a small lasting white head. Aromas of wheat, citrus and light butterscotch. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of wheat, citrus and light butterscotch with a crisp dry finish.

12 ounce bottle from Badger in Beloit. Pours a hazy straw yellow with a thin white head. Below average head retention. Aroma of toasted grainy malts and a lightly sweet finish reminiscent of graham crackers. Faint herbal hops as well. The taste is tart malts and citrus hops. Some green apple and a bit of toastiness. Thin-medium bodied. Fairly boring but not bad.

Strikingly nondescript. It is just not anything that is worth trying, it is as benign as you can make a beer.

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2010 Bottle from Festival Foods. Pours a hazy orange-gold color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, sweet spices and malt. Light body with flavors of bready malt, coriander, citrus and mild hops. The finish is fruity with a sweetly spiced aftertaste. Decent beer overall.

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2013 Tap at O’So’s new location. Lighter yellow pour with a thin white head. Grain and wheat on the nose. Thinner palate but not too thin. Taste is grain, wheat, and a touch of lemon. Sessionable.

Tap @ Kerho.
Pours pale golden color with a small head. Herbal aroma, lemon and mandarin. Fruity flavor, herbs and some grass. Very simple, slightly malty. Not my thing.

Pours clear yellow with white head, aroma has bread, some slight yeast and fruit notes, that’s about it. Aroma has notes of bready cereal, some slight fruit, with a clean finish. Not much to this,

BlackHaddock (7518) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - OCT 4, 2016
12 oz bottle on 30th Sep 2016 at The Crown Inn, Oakengates. Cloudy, dull lemon body, no head, not even a collar and wisp. Luckily the aroma and taste compensated for the ’poor look’ of the beer. Zesty, orangey and fizzy: I liked it.

Thanks to Bob for bringing this! Poured a hazy, ugly golden with about no head sticking around. The aroma picked up unpleasant (but not entirely offensive) vegetal and pineappley notes with a bit of pale malt behind. The flavor had a lot more pineapple than the notes, and less of the vegetal.. pale malt and bready sweetness at the core, with light bitterness surrounding. Lighter-bodied and sweet on the palate.. somewhat refreshing. This was the best of the 3 (that I tried tonight).
