Bottle at Pivovarsky Klub, Prague. Pours a deep brown colour with a foamy beige head. Aroma of black cherry, some marzipan, slight roasted malts and earthy hops. Taste of black cherry, some roared malts, slight marzipan, a little chocolate and spicy, earthy hops. Light bodied and moderate carbonation. A soft, earthy hop bitterness in the finish. Sweet to begin with the tasty black cherry flavour but ended quite short and earthy, an ok fruit beer. Rune (12803) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JAN 4, 2013
Many thanks to Finn for sharing one litre plastic bottle. Clear dark brown body. Dissipating white head. Slightly roasted, sour malty nose. Roasted malty taste with bitter liquorice and berries followed by a rather tart ending. Soft carbonated. Quite possible to drink and not too thin on the swallow (Tromsø, 17.11.2012). on tap at klub malych pivovaru. very dark, almost black with a thin beige head; aroma of griotka liqueur with some woodiness suggesting cherry stones; hints of vanilla, syruppy but not overly sweet with some hints of burnt toast; not bad for what it is

(as Opat Kvasničák Třešnovy (Cherry). Quite much black colour, small head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is cherry, in a quite Dr. Peppery way. Flavour is cherries, wood, malts and some mild toasted notes.
Bottle. Almost black with a frothy head, short on durability. Roasted malt combined with a natural sweet cherry aroma. Light taste bordering on watery, marginally bitter but nicely roasted and fruity, with an aftertaste reminding of dried plums. Not too sweet, very good fruit beer. gunnar (9096) - Sandnes, NORWAY - MAR 9, 2011
