Nice foamy white head over a gold to straw body. Mostly malty aroma with lots of cerealic components reminiscent of parsley and quality grains. Palate is, to me, much more worth profound studies considering its superbly steady malt, hayish components and light grassy hops. It’s fairly light overall despite a considerable 6% ABV, but the mouthfeel is creamy and the body medium to full. Emil (6065) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 10, 2005

Sweet, soft, almond nutty malt aroma. Deep, golden blonde with thin white head that diminishes to ring. Herbal hops and cereal malt character with minty note. Alcohol not at all apparent. Medium body and creamy mouth. Smooth, easy drinking. Bottle (enjoyed with MartinT and Rastacouere).

After a massive walk with a heavy backpack, I was glad to see the sign Pivini Galerie, and glad to be drinking a cold beer, so it may have sqewed the rating a little. Poured clear golden with an inviting fluffy head. Bready spicy aroma, almost solventy. the mouthful feel reasonably full, but lacks a decent malt flavour. It has some nice saaz to finish it off, as well as a candylike aftertaste.
