birra alla spina. Birra d ispirazione Belga, in stile Blanche.

Wheat and sour scents. Pours cloudy gold with big white head. Big lacing. Nice witbier tastes with honey and peppermint in the finish. Nice light refresher.

On tap at Eataly in Rome-Italy. Bright gold pour, quite hazy with a white tick foam which lowers. The nose has peppermint upfront, a definite feeling of chewing gum plus some sage and basil. All the other Blanche characteristics pop up too (orange zest and coriander). Mouth: Blanche base with the peppermint taking over too predominantly. Not bad... ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

33cl @ bottle. Blanche stile belga dissetante e aromatizzata alla menta. Ottima per le giornate calorose estive.

Bottle. 4.2%. Best before 08.15. 10 cl. sample. Pours a very pale, unclear yellow with a white head. Citrusy mint aroma, with notes of wheat and yeast. Basically a standard wit with a mint note. Same flavour, with a perfumy note and a dry finish. Overall, disregarding the mint note, its pretty much a middle of the line wit. Add the mint, and its not for me. 01.05.15.

VBC 2015 unclear yellow of color with a fine white head. An aroma of herbs, citrus, pepper, lemon and soap. A flavor of herbs, spice, mint, lemon and wheat.
