On tap at the Alehouse Project. Great Trippel, true to style. Aromas of dough, honey, grain, and hints of caramel. Taste is sweet, with sour notes, and long length. Palate is creamy, and full bodied. Yellow, with a thick frothy head. Magnini (22) - ITALY - APR 19, 2011
Più tripel che ipa, questa birra è il capolavoro assoluto del birrificio. Estremamente godibile e bilanciata.

300 ml on tap at Spring Beer Festival 2015. Dark gold, pretty hazy, with a tiny, bubbly off white head. Very unique nose, quite fruity (apricots and peaches), some bubblegum and estery notes, light hint of booze togheter with some citrusy presence. Tons of clean and juicy watermelon notes in the background. Slick and slightly sirupy, the warming sensation is there but perfectly integrated with all those other components. Moderately sweet and mildly tart, superb drinkability. Thirst quenching and quaffable just like a <4% beer. So good! World class beer, no doubts. fiulijn (20491) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 15, 2010
Cloudy orange light amber color; high carbonation; huge head, stiff, persistent. Wonderful aroma, spicy (coriander, malty, but also black pepper and cloves), mildly yeasty, a bit fruity. Good body strength, smooth mouthfeel; very good malt flavor, strong spice character, but also strong fruity touch; moderate residual sweetness; everything is well balanced and well blended together. The final is strong, bold, bitter, with traces of fruits, where also the yeast is more evident.AmEricanbrew (6878) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - SEP 23, 2010
This beer is spectacular!
Bottle. Hazy golden color/ lasting white head. Nice dry spice, dry hay, dusty pils malt aromas. light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. Dusty, earthy pils malt flavors with dry hay, spicy hop, very mild fruit sweetness. nicely dry bitter finish. A rare dry TripelPA treat here, excellent! A Mes rate. Bottle at GBBF thanks to Alex.Travlr (24666) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - APR 18, 2011
Hazy golden brown with a superb off white head that lasts really well. Some caramel malty stuff upfront with a little spice but it sits really well. The superb aniseed and slight sourness also go really well together. There is a creamy fruity note too along with a definite light hint of beechwood smoke in a Schlenkerla Helles type way. Actually if you dig deep, this is all over the place. Loads of flavour and character. Really good.
Draft at Bir&Fud, Roma. Golden color, thick white head. Aroma of fresh pine and wet grass. Taste has a nice fresh bitterness. Good stuff.
