Vi har bryggt vårt första ekologiska öl. Ett lageröl. Det är bärnstensfärgat och har en viss knäckighet från malten. Beskan är balanserad. Ett allround öl som passar till det mesta.

Bottle. Amber clear body with light tan head. Aroma is malts caramel herbs. Taste is malty with some caramel in the background. Aftertaste is biter balanced by some malty sweetness.

klukas (361) - Rijeka, CROATIA - DEC 3, 2017
Enjoyed: Poured from a bottle into glass (tried both from mug and lager glass).
Appearance: Clear golden colour, rich head in mug, medium head in lager glass which fades quickly; nice lacing in both glasses.
Aroma: Malt, hops and grass from mug; Malt and hint of caramel from lager glass. Also there is less hops in lager glass.
Palate: Medium body, medium/gentle carbonation.
Taste: Malt, hint of caramel, hops, various senses of bitterness, bread; bitter aftertaste with hint of caramel.
Overall impression: Excellent, complex, well-balanced, tasty, refreshing, drinkable. I tasted very cold one and less colder. Less colder seems more complex and is tastier and more fragrant.

Bottle, 33 cl. Decent amber lager, some fruitiness present. Went well with korv stroganoff.

CanCrusher (1149) - Ilirska Bistrica, SLOVENIA - OCT 29, 2017
Bottle 0,33L. Courtesy of Gregor. Clear, dark golden color with small, frothy, white head that dissipate in a minute. Very malty aroma with bready notes and a touch of hay and herbs. Taste is light sweet and malty. It gets some light bitterness for a moment, but finish gets sweet again. Well, I'm still looking for ideal lager, because this one is not the one...

Pours golden color with foamy white head. Aroma: typical vianna malt aroma, some floral, herbal hop profile. Flavor follows aroma: vienna malt backbone, floral, herbal hop character, hint of diacetyl, gentle metallic. Light to Medium bodied, soft texture, moderate medium carbonation.

jfric (20) - Ormož, SLOVENIA - SEP 10, 2017
Gold sparkling body with a white minimal head. Floral aroma with fruity tones and nice malty balance. Taste of flowers and ends in grassy bitterness, leaves a metallic and kind of artificial aftertaste. Light bodied, slick texture and average carbonation.

MarkoNm (2972) - Novo mesto, SLOVENIA - SEP 10, 2017
Pours slightly hazy amber color, topped with smaller and non-lasting offwhite head. Mild malty nose with biscuits and caramel, some fruitiness in the back. Sweet maltiness, gentle with medium grassy bitterness. A bit astringent. Light bodied. Metallic aftertaste.

nephirem (633) - CROATIA - SEP 9, 2017
Bottle, 0.33l. Clear copper pour, one finger soapy white head. Relatively short retention with lasting thin layer. Good lacing. Nose is nicely herbal and grassy with notes of citrus and coriander. Fresh and crisp.

Medium body, medium to high carbonation. Somewhat light on the palate, refreshingly fizzy. Pleasantly bitter taste, a bit higher then expected. However, it's not harsh or abrupt, nicely refreshing. Aroma is quite nice, similar to nose. Herbal, grassy, grainy. Good lingering hop bitterness. Citrus notes. Dusty. Slightly acidic towards the finish.

Overall, pretty good. Acidity aside, nicely balanced and enjoyable, especially if you prefer your beers bitter.

Arve_Christian (5220) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 26, 2017
On bottle from Systembolaget Strømstad. Clear golden color, ok foam. Low medium aroma intensity; lightly hopped, some pine and light fruitiness with some malt in the backbone. Light body & complexity. Good bitterness and balance. Enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
