Vi har bryggt vårt första ekologiska öl. Ett lageröl. Det är bärnstensfärgat och har en viss knäckighet från malten. Beskan är balanserad. Ett allround öl som passar till det mesta.

Borup (16222) - Albertslund, DENMARK - FEB 26, 2018
From tap at Taphouse. An amber coloured beer with a white head. Aroma and flavour of malt, caramel, hops, fruit, grass and with a bitter finish.

Lite för söt för att vara en lager i min smak. Den tråkigaste ölen från Oppigård hittills! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330 ml bottle from Lidl, bb Nov 18.
Dark golden, slightly amber, clea body, with a medum, fluffy, moderately lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of hay, bread, grains, grass, flowers, some citrus, honey.
Tastes similar, with some more fresh herbs.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes bitter, a bit dry, hoppy, herbal, floral, grassy, grainy, a bit piney, subtly sweet.

Very nice. More Märzen than Amber Lager in my opinion, with lovely grainy and floral notes throughout and some noble hops coming through in the finish. Very quaffable and balanced.
