bottle 500ml from Alko 3.29€ copper chilled tangy hops attack at first almost irritating way expecting some other flavors from Easter beer. Second bottle room temperature gives malty body fudge no attack of tangy hops at all. Tasty beer but not what I am looking for Easter beer. esox (1225) - Oulu, FINLAND - MAY 10, 2009
Deep ruby red beer with a creamy but quite thin head. The aroma has plenty of english hops, herbs and sweetness of dried fruits. Dryish malts, some caramel and a hint of toffy in the middle. Herbal hops, dried fruits and woody bitterness in the finish. I noticed some ash in the finish too. The palate is medium bodied and quite bitter. Well balanced. rosenbergh (11532) - Tampere, FINLAND - APR 20, 2009

Bottle. Dark amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty with some hops. The flavour is toffee, malt, citrus, hops with notes of fruits and some sweetness. Bitter finish. Quite nice medium-bodied brew. Miksu (5053) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - APR 13, 2009
0.5 l bottle from Alko. Dark reddish amber color. Sweetish, caramelly and toffeish aroma with lemony and grassy hops. The flavor is caramelly, biscuity, fruity and hoppy with lemony hops and bitter finish. Rounded palate. Tasty beer although a bit too caramelly for my taste.

UPDATED: MAR 16, 2012 Bottle (50 cl). Appearance: 3/5
Clear amber liquid with a dirty white head that left chunks of foam on the side of the glass.
Fruity, caramel, malt, citrus, some oranges and a hint of metal.
Caramel, malt and some fruits.
Mild, fruity and fairly easy to drink,.
This beer worked well with the salty and fat Easter food last year and I got a feeling it will be just as good this year as well.
Re-rated during 2012: This version is allot better then previous versions. Nordcore (1452) - Lyngen alps, NORWAY - APR 12, 2009

UPDATED: APR 3, 2015 (Re-rate, keg at Ølhus København, Helsinki, 20150403) The beer was deep golden instead brown. Aroma and flavour both hinted of Belgian yeast. Overall the brew was very sweet.

(Bottle) Dark brown and clear. Small almos white head. Hops and malts in aroma. Quite full bodied and bit dry palate with medium carbonation. Malts, grass, pine, toffee, light roastedness, saltiness and bitterness in taste. Malts and bitterness in aftertaste. Old rating: 7-4-8-3-14
Touch of toffee on the aroma but mainly somewhat citrusy hops. Mild and balanced in the mouth with touch roasty and caramely malts complimented by the citrusy hops. Pleasant and satisfying.
