Clear amber liquid with a dirty white head that left chunks of foam on the side of the glass.
Fruity, caramel, malt, citrus, some oranges and a hint of metal.
Caramel, malt and some fruits.
Mild, fruity and fairly easy to drink,.
This beer worked well with the salty and fat Easter food last year and I got a feeling it will be just as good this year as well.
Re-rated during 2012: This version is allot better then previous versions. larsniclas (7285) - Billdal, SWEDEN - APR 9, 2006

Amber coppery. Bready malts, stalish, herby green oppigård hops. Med full bodied, sweet bready, some syrupy notes, toast, light citrus. Finishes bit sharp, nutty bready.
Bottle. Copper colour, off-white to beige medium head. Aroma is hops! Floral, with citric notes, and dried apricots. There are some roasted malt aromas as well. Medium bodied. Nicely balanced, some mild malt sweetness is transformed to a robust and long bitter finish. Beer5000 (6824) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JAN 12, 2008

Dark brown, rich, malty.
A nice piney and hoppy dryness. Dryness dominates in the finish. A well balanced, moreish ale. Singularity (6369) - Blattniksele, SWEDEN - APR 19, 2013
500 ml bottle. Aroma of caramel with sweet and spicy notes. Taste is sweet with caramel and burnt sugar, finish is a bit burnt Rastacouere (6177) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 10, 2007
A grainy, spicy, toasty nose where the blueberry jam, milk chocolate and tomato seeds form an original and hard to describe nose. Quite tight. Following in the same registry, the palate is malty, with a dose of earthy hops and wild flowers, roots toi follow up. Rather salty (celery salt) bitterness. Original flavours in a toasted malt foundatrion. A bit more residual sugars than I’d want, especially that the body does not put them to good use, feeling quite airy and paradoxally creamy yet foamy, never biting, but never full. Lager-like mouthfeel. Emil (6064) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 7, 2006
Bottle. Dark Amber colour with a tan head. Dusty, light roasted, caramel malty, anis aroma and taste, light hoppy. Medium body with a light sweet, dry finish. ClubGonzo (5683) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUL 4, 2011
Bottle. Red, coppery body with a medium creamy white head. A beautiful sight. Aroma is peachy hop tones with a pleasant malt balance. Hints of red berries and wild strawberries in particular. Taste is a smooth blend of grassy hops, malts and fruity hints of red berries and honey melon. Not terribly exciting but a very nicely composed beer that I wouldn’t mind having for Easter. Or summer, like now. :-)
