330ml Bottle (Thanks to my lovely girlfriend Kristiina :) ) - Golden in colour. Lightly hoppy aroma with a faint hint of grapefruit. Fresh and hoppy taste with grapefruit and a hint of lemon with a fairly bitter aftertaste. Nothing particularly outstanding about this but it’s very enjoyable all the same. Golden haze color with fizzy white disappearing head leaving a thin icing on the inside of the glass. Quite sweet fruity and floral aroma with hints of swiss cheese. Fresh hoppy flowery flavor with dominating hints of grapefruit. Dry bitter finish. kmeves (1098) - Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 21, 2008
Pours a semi cloudy straw golden with a medium off white head. Aroma is medium sweet, herbal, light grapefruit, some lemon and bread. Flavor is grapefruit, lemon and light bread. Fairly bitter. Light to medium body, crisp texture. Very well hopped for a blond ale. KimJohansen (10511) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - SEP 19, 2008
Clear golden with medium
white head. Sweet fruity aroma with malty and caramellish notes. Sweet flavour with toasted malt, caramel, fruits and floral hops. Ends bitter. DarkElf (3066) - La Jolla, California, USA - AUG 28, 2008
15-Jul-08 (500-ml bottle: Purchased 03-Apr-08 for $5.32 from liquidsolutions.biz) Golden in color with several streams of carbonation bubbles barely visible through the significant haze. An inch of off-white foam forms on the pour before settling to and holding a quarter-inch layer. Aromas of cheesy grains and dusty hops lead to a grainy and well-hopped entry on the palate. The beer remains reasonably well balanced into the evolution before seeing the dusty, moderately bitter hops assert itself in the finish. Medium in body, medium-strong carbonation, dry on the palate with some apple skin chalkiness and astringency in the finish. Much of the glass is covered in ice-crystal lace patterns. Not a bad beer, but the flavor of the hops in this beer isn’t jazzin’ me, and as always, the apple-skin finish is a turn off.

Pours gold with a tall white head. Hoppy and grassy nose, light honey character to the malts. Overall floral and balanced, but a touch metallic and grainy. saxo (19357) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - AUG 2, 2008
Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are hops, flowers and malt. Good long hoppy finish. JustinBathurst (134) - Corner Brook, Newfoundland, CANADA - JUL 14, 2008
The aroma resembles the hand sanitizer I use in the kitchen--Juniper hand santizer--which disturbs me. I also detect celery, grass, metal, red licorice, grain, and the overall smell of a horsebarn. This is hilarious considering the beer comes from Dalarna.
The mouthfeel is slick with the consistency of carbonated water.
The taste? The hops are front and centre. Hoppier than any representation of the style I’ve had. It’s almost like Nils Oscar’s India Ale in some respects, but with winegums and lemon added in. The aftertaste is extremely copper.
A solid brew, even if the aroma put me off initially. The best example of the style I’ve had. petermadsen (390) - Vesterbronxxx, DENMARK - JUL 5, 2008
A distinctly hoppy ale, with an aroma of pine and citrus. The flavour is malty with some malt, a clean hop profile and a nice bitterness. A fine and wellbrewed beer. JoeMcPhee (9519) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 5, 2008
500 ml bottle. Very cloudy orange/golden beer with a fast fading white head. Aroma is lightly malty with a light wheaty character and a hint of peach/apple esters that remind me of Coopers Pale Ale. There is a bit of light earthiness and mineral crispness that lends the beer a certain rusticity, but it isn’t any sort of farmhouse ale that I’m familiar with. Flavour is lightly earthy with a peachy/pear fruitiness. It’s a decent quaffing beer.
