SaintMatty (7555) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - SEP 7, 2011
500ml Bottle - Gold/amber with a foamy head. Malty and grassy aroma with a hint of dried apricot. Malty, biscuity and crisp taste with notes of yeast, dried fruit and hops.

CarlJonas (392) - Linköping, SWEDEN - SEP 6, 2011
Clear amber color. Somewhat subdued grassy aroma. Bold put well balanced bitterness paired with a side note of almost candy like sweetness that reminds me of M&M coating. Crisp and refreshing with a long lasting finish. Nice.

blafa (511) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - SEP 6, 2011
Bottle at home. September, 2011.

Pours clear yellow with an amber hue. Great beige head. Aromas of fresh grassy hops. Light citrus and grapefruit notes. Malt and a light sweetness also noticeable. Good malt centred taste with a grassy bitterness. A fresh breeze amongst Oktoberfest beers.

Theis (15151) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 4, 2011
Bottle at home. Clear golden/amber - white head. Hay, grainy, straw, nice hoppy, grassy, light sweetness, medium malty, nice bitterness. Freshness.

hirigalzkar (3279) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - SEP 4, 2011
Bottle. The lager styles are sure hard to seperate, but to me this one tastes more lika a pilsener or kellerbier than a märzen. Anyway! I really like this beer. It has got a nice cookie sweetness from the malts, and a crisp orange cest-like bitterness from the hops. Incredible drinkability!

Koyo (250) - SWEDEN - SEP 3, 2011
Bottle from Systembolaget, Stockholm, Sweden. Aroma is not very interesting, some bread and yeast with a slight hint of grass. Pours a yellow quite pale colour, with a thick white foam. Taste is slightly bitter with a crisp finish. Well balanced but a bit thin overall. Medium carbonation and a long finish.

finol (3505) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - SEP 3, 2011
Bottle from Systembolaget.
Pours hazy orange with a shortlasting yellowish head.
Malty aroma of white bread.
Nice rather smooth maltyness with a fresh hop finish.

Jonte (1496) - Gothenburg, SWEDEN - SEP 3, 2011
Bottle. Clear golden colour with a white head. Rather clean aroma with notes of grass and hay. Bitter flavor with notes of grass, herbs, faint fruitiness and only very light malt sweetness. Bitter & dry finish. Not bad, but Märzen?

gyllenbock (9990) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - SEP 3, 2011

Clear golden with a small, quite thick and creamy head. Aroma of malt, herbs and grass. The taste was dry and refreshing. This was really a very drinkable beer and a good Oktoberfest/Märzen.

larsniclas (7235) - Billdal, SWEDEN - SEP 2, 2011
Bottled from Systembolaget
Golden with a frothy, white head.
Pretty lame aroma with some vegetable-notes.
Very fruity flavour; grape-fruit.
Medium bitterness.
