Bottle. The lager styles are sure hard to seperate, but to me this one tastes more lika a pilsener or kellerbier than a märzen. Anyway! I really like this beer. It has got a nice cookie sweetness from the malts, and a crisp orange cest-like bitterness from the hops. Incredible drinkability!
Beerheart65 (1503) - Pori, FINLAND - SEP 8, 2012
Mild aroma is fruity sweet, apple, pineapple. Hazy golden, sparkling, short thin head. Hoppi flavor has citrus, pine, fruits, malting underneath. Crisp, sweet, fizzy carbonation, easy to drink, thin to medium body, light feel, dry and bitter finish is long. Great, refreshing. Not sure how typical oktoberfestbier but I liked a lot .
Couple of revisions inspired by fellow raters: Tbones light perfumic flowery notes and biscuity are to the point. Fruity toffee here also. Sparkling is quite short. Mad_Ferret (1019) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - SEP 9, 2011
Clear golden with a nice dirt white head that starts porous but get a nice creamy soapy bumpy look as it goes down while lacing.
Aroma seems first a bit simple with sweet bready notes ruccola peppery notes, but with some further digging comes oranges, apricots, flowers and lots of cookies and caramel.
Taste is quite sweet and buttery caramelly with candyish fruity hop notes. Quite smooth bitterness that rises a bit after a while.
Medium body with soft carbonation.
A quite tasty clash of old, new and houseflavours. Just a bit too sweet. CarlJonas (231) - Linköping, SWEDEN - SEP 6, 2011
Clear amber color. Somewhat subdued grassy aroma. Bold put well balanced bitterness paired with a side note of almost candy like sweetness that reminds me of M&M coating. Crisp and refreshing with a long lasting finish. Nice.

Bottle (50 cl) from Systembolaget. Clear deep golden, medium white head. Grainy and bready malt aroma with loads of grassy and herbal hops. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation. Dry with medium to high bitterness. Good indeed, but I prefer the harvest beer "Slåtteröl" from previous years. Not very Oktoberfest-like anyway. Bov (12888) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - FEB 16, 2012
courtesy of Per - cloudy blond-orange beer with a poor foam left; the nose shows a fair flowery and fruity hoppiness; quite full-bodied and tasty; assertive bitterness and a dry flowery/fruity hoppy finish - pretty nice finol (3425) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - SEP 3, 2011
Bottle from Systembolaget.
Pours hazy orange with a shortlasting yellowish head.
Malty aroma of white bread.
Nice rather smooth maltyness with a fresh hop finish. Ingevara (910) - SWEDEN - SEP 17, 2011
Small head. Flowery scent. Harsh bitterness, loaded with grapefruit and not balanced at all, too dry, too weak body. Still a solid beer, but far from Oppigård’s best. Dedollewaitor (16174) - Odense, DENMARK - NOV 27, 2011
Bottle @ Early Ulfborg Winter Gathering Season 11/12. Pours cloudy orange with a small creamy white head. Citrussy and grainy. Grassy hops. Smooth and medium bodied. Dry end. Very nice.
