Flaska (tack NordicV).

330ml bottle. Pours a medium gold, with a white head. Malty, hoppy aroma, caramel, citrus, an earthy touch, the faintest of diacetyl. Dry, medium body, high bitterness, balanced CO2. Malty, spicy taste, earthy/grainy notes, caramel, hops, citrus, spruce, apricot. Quite drinkable, a solid brew, but nothing out of this world. The grainy notes in the taste disturb me a bit. hackobock (4095) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - NOV 23, 2012
Bottle from Systembolaget. Clear golden with a quite frothy white head, Hoppy aroma with citrus, peach and some hay. Biscuity malts are also present. Some sulfur (minor) notes are also working their way through. Crisp malty, hoppy taste with a nice lasting bitterness.

In short: A clean fruity-hoppy golden lager. Nice thirst beer.
How: Tap at The Rover, Göteborg Sweden.
The look: Clear golden blond body topped by a small white head leaving good lacings on the glass.
In long: Nose is moderately hoppy with fruity hops that are somewhere between citrusy and tropical fruits. Taste has this true lager feel, some boiled eggs white A good amount of fruity hops (apricots, peaches, tropical fruits, etc.) but not the usual sharp bitter grapefruity kind. Smooth and round bitterness of medium intensity. Nothing aggressive here, this is a thirst beer, and a good one at that. Nothing exceptional here, just a highly drinkable beer I could drink every day, and if drinking beer every day for the last many years has taught me anything, it is that I like to drink beer everyday.

Bottle. Clear amber-golden colour with a white head. Fruity citric aroma. Sweet fruity hops flavour with some bitterness.

PalCabral (162) - SWEDEN - NOV 2, 2012
Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours golden with a fine white foam head that never settles. Good looking. Aroma piney with some malt sweetness amidst. The taste is clean and malty followed by american hops, piney and citrusy. Long bitter aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel. I am not a huge follower of the standard american hoppy beers but this is still just within what I feel is acceptable to be called a beer for everybody. It’s a good beer, but I wonder what it could have been like with Saaz or Stirling.

fiulijn (21214) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 2, 2012
Clean golden color with medium sized head. Nice malt aroma, a bit biscuity, deep. Lean and smooth mouthfeel; good dry malt flavor, with a toffee and biscuit character; good bitterness level too, with nice hop qualities, elegant resins and very light fruitiness.
Very good; the Mohawk series comes to mind, but this is less fruity.

tkrjukoff (4334) - SWEDEN - OCT 27, 2012
Sample at SMÖF. pours clear amber small off white head. aroma is malty fruity soapy bready. flavor malty crispy very hoppy floral piny. finishes malty bitter fruity.

rarbring (2290) - Linköping, SWEDEN - OCT 26, 2012
Aroma: Intense smell of fresh grass and lemonade, herbs and grape-fruit.
Appearance: A clear light amber brew with a high warm off-white head, good lacing and curtains.
Taste: Sweet toffee and brown bread, then bitter orange marmalade, grape-fruit juice and much bitter peel.
Palate: High carbonation, soft bubbles, smooth texture, a good body and long dry finish.
Overall: Clearly a very oppigårdish beer, balance, quality and lots of hops.
Note: Bottle 330 ml. Reviewed 2012-10-26.
