Detta är i grunden en tysk veteöl. Men sedan har vi humlat den med amerikansk chinook och citra. Det ger ölet en fräsch citrusbecka. OG: 1052, Alk vol: 5,5 % Malt: Pale ale malt, vetemalt.

Tap at Bishops Folkunga.
Hazy brownish yellow with an off white head that lace.
Wheat aroma with lots of citric and dry bitter hops. Some yeast and soap.
Taste is quite dry with wheat and lots of citrus and bitter hop action.
Medium to slight light in body with a refreshing carbonation.
A refreshing beer for me who don’t like hefeweizen that much.

On-tap. Tre Små Rum, Göteborg. Hazy yellow colour with a white head. Hefeweizen combined with bitter grapefruit juice. Not a winning combination in my book.
