Clear medium red amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, nutty, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, grapefruit. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Bitternes is nutty and malt bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. 
50 cL bottle. Pours clear and deep golden amber/brown with a slowly collapsing and tan/orange head. Solid fruity hops aroma, citrusy and peachy, light wooden. Light caramel accent beneath. Smooth caramel malty with a solid a solid hoppy flavour swept through. Bitter and citrusy, mild liqourice like note. Subdued sweetness, clearly dominated by the dry hoppy flavours. UPDATED: MAY 3, 2008 At Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. A deep red beer with a thin borwn head. The aroma is sweet mlaty with notes of caramel and hops. The flavor is sweet mlaty with notes of caramel and dusty hops. The body is light. Alot better than in 2005.

[At Stockholm Beer Festiaval 2005] A red-brown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is slightly acidic with notes of celery, while the flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of celery and a dry end. [4/4/4/2/8=2.3]

Red-brown in colour. With almost no head at all. Some roasted malty aroma and some spicyness. Sweet malty flavour with some spices going over in a nice bitterness in the aftertaste.

Draught@SBWF2007. SLight recipechange from earlier versions. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is grapefrutis, yeast, barnyard and some slight hints of caramel. Flavour is quite much the same, with big hoppyness. Long fruity hops in aftertaste. 6 3 6 3 12.
Draught@SBWF2008. Slight recipechange again. Rubush amber colour with small beige head. Aroma is caramel, muscot, nuts and quite much spices. Flavour is grass, caramel, mild wood. Overall quite dry and a bit harsh. 7 4 6 3 13.

(On tap) Hazy orangey brown with a creamy, off-white head. Some citrusy hops in the nose. Medium body with roasted malt accents, fruitiness - also a little dried fruit - and a vague, underlying acidity. 4th November 2008. Hazy brown beer. Small tan head. Malty start with a sweet malt mid. Then a few hops and spices in the dry finish. Well joined up.
