Beautiful brown color; creamy head. Very nice aroma, British (despite the usage of Centennial and Cascade with the East Kent Golding) and a quite high bitterness also deriving from it; the final is therefore a bit dry.
Bottle. Nice creamy head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich hops, flowers, spices, caramel and some notes of roast malt. Excellent beer. rlgk (18852) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - OCT 3, 2004
Clear amber color. Nutty aroma, malty and with spicy touches. Nuttyflavor with a hoppy finish. Maybe alittle artificial... Oakes (18543) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 24, 2005
Bright dark chestnut colour. Aroma is toffeeish, slightly hazelnutty, with earthy & brown sugary accents. Rich, earthy, woody, nutty body with toffeeish overtones and a slight hint of diacetyl. Toasty, sweet, "peculier" finish.

Dark ruby, small brownish head. Yeasty, smokey, barley aroma. Medium-bodied. Malty with burnt sugars. Maybe not fully fermented batch.
Bottle. A clear, dark golden to amber beer topped by a small, dense, light beige head. It’s quite malty on the nose, with tropical fruits, toffee and some fresh fruits. Pine cone hints too. There’s a decent bitterness in the flavor, dealing easily with the sweetness there is. Toffee, tropical fruit notes and some dried fruits. Full body, smooth and pleasantly carbonated. Long malt driven finish. A quite decent one, but a tad boring I think. 150718 jtclockwork (17101) - , New Jersey, USA - MAR 29, 2011
Bottle. Pours reddish brown. Off white head. Nose is very herbal, lots of spiced malts and yeast. Earthy. Taste is also herbal, lots of earthy bready malts, spices and yeast. FatPhil (16930) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - APR 17, 2009

Rich rusty colour, healthy beige head. Really piney aroma, hinted
towards floor cleaner. Crisp carbonation, but also immediately a
massive hoppy bite. Possibly a little unbalanced towards the hops,
they tingle the mouth and leave it dry and resiny. However, there’s
some reasonable roasted malts cowering in the background. Finish from
the hops is fruity and bitter, and very nice, but the acidity in the
mouth is too much of a price to pay for that, I think.
Draught, 5.3%. Very slight fruity aroma. Dark red/brown colour. Small, frothy white head. The flavour starts off roasted, turns a bit malty, then quickly bitter. Late roastedness in the aftertaste and slightly sugary.
