Bottle from Estabelecimentos Dom Sancho, Silves, Portugal. Red-amber coloured with a pink-white foamy head. It has a cherry and dried fruit flavour with more warming cherry, almonds, biscuit and tart fruit on the very dry finish. Pretty good. Borresteijn (7655) - Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - SEP 11, 2017
33cl Bottle. Hazy deep red colour, pink head. Aroma of funky cherries, cherry skin, light peppery, light acidity. Flavour is light funky, light acidic, a bit green/vegetal, cherries, light sour finish, ending bitter. Light bodied, over-carbonated. Not bad. mike_77 (7369) - Breda, NETHERLANDS - JUN 25, 2017
UPDATED: JUN 25, 2017 Dark red colour with massive foaming pink head. Aroma has sweet red fruit sugars with the cherry coming through well. Flavour is fairly mild. More cherry juice than cherry stone which is a good thing. ruigo (3080) - PORTUGAL - FEB 21, 2016
