Discovered this little beauty in a back street corner shop in Portsmouth. Stylish black and red can but that's enough of that; down to business. No idea what it looks like as drank straight from the can; Chilled of course. Decent taste. Slightly Spicy, hoppy with a smooth clean finish. More interesting than its weaker sibling. The alcohol is there after the swallow and it's good, not overpowering. Right amount of fizz. A very satisfying strong Euro lager.

A taste of my youth hahaha - always used to get one of these to "kickstart" a night, especially if it was a night in with friends. One of these followed by 4 cans of Stella would truly put the boot in and finish you... Does it have any redeeming qualities for a beer? Absolutely not. It is fairly sweet, and if you chill it down enough, you can hide some of that nasty alcoholic bite. Extra point for that black can looking sick as. I'll show myself out.

Bleek gelig bier zonder schuim. Weinig tot geen aroma. Smaak is kruidig en de nasmaak is iets bitter.

Slightly darker golden colour thin head. Sweet strong aroma. Actually tastes alright, goes down quite well for such a beast - sweetness dominates and a bit of warm/bitter balance. A bit like oranjeboom premium but stronger in all departments. Has it’s place!

A large can from Simplemart down the road. Aroma: candy. Appearance: clear, golden, minimal head. Palate: medium-bodied and creamy, soft carbonation. Finishes sweet. Taste: heavily sweet, peppery. Malt liquor is not my favourite style, and I think I will be skipping their 16%!

Canned. Clear pale golden, small head. Aroma of pear brandy. Sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Cider and peppery alcohol. Otherwise neutral / clean. Mostly harmless, except for the alcohol.
