nybol (2311) - DENMARK - JUL 13, 2017
er meget maltet og kraftig i det. den er knap så tung som mange barley wine. Måske fordi den havde ligget så længe.

thomat (4089) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - APR 16, 2017
Botle. Amber with a tiny off white head. Fruity and malty tones. Fruit, caramel, malt and bitterness. Full body with a bitter / fruity finish.

oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - MAR 11, 2017
Bottled (2008 vintage, backlog). Orangeish red colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is mild alcohol, ripe fruits, a bit madeiraish with some bitterness. Flavour is caramel, ripe fruit, some Madeira and wooden notes.

Farven er brun med en beige skumkrone. Aromaen er malt, karamel, frugt og nødder medens smagen er karamel, frugt, nødder og alkohol.

UPDATED: FEB 20, 2017 Wow. En meget spændende øl fra Ørbæk. Meget sherryagtig i smagen. En rigtig dessertøl

The foam is tenuous but persistent. It smells very beautiful malt and lots of fruits. The taste is unbelievably rich plums, raisins, honey and malt. The immediate first very sweet, has a colossal great vinuosity and then goes into a distinctive taste of alcohol as interfering in a perfect balance with the hoppy aftertaste filled with fruit.

KennethArd (613) - Odense, DENMARK - SEP 15, 2015
Vintage Beer 2008 bottle no. 3161. Roasty aroma of fudge & milk chocolate. Hazy amber color with no head. Medium sweet taste but the alcohol is unfortunately too much in focus which takes brings it out of balance. Medium body, oily texture & soft carbonation.

Svesse (8731) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - APR 17, 2015
(Bottle, as "Vintage Beer 2008") Reddish amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with dried fruit, syrup, honey, caramel, toffee, nuts, a touch of raspberries and aromas of alcohol. Malty, fruity, vinous taste with notes of syrup, dried fruit, caramel, citrus peel, toffee, raspberries and a finish with a balanced herbal bitterness and a warming alcohol glow. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Vinous and a bit boozy, but quite tasty. Quite nice.

gyllenbock (9704) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAR 3, 2015
Bottle from Systembolaget, labeled as Vintage Beer 2008. Bought in April 2012. Clear amber with a small brief head. Sweet with malt, caramel, some dried fruit. Vinous and with a warming finish. A pleasant one.
