Bottle. Cloudy medium yellow color with a average fizzy fair lacing white head. Aroma is moderate hoppy, elderflowers. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic, light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. A light and refreshing beer. yespr (47567) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - FEB 16, 2007
33 cL bottle. Pours unclear yellow with no head. Low on carbonation. Distinct sweet elderflower aroma which also dominates the taste - almost a freshly pressed juicy cider wiyth some sourness. Interesting encounter is the spelt corn which adds some wheat like notes but different. Fruity sour finish. Ungstrup (38414) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAY 15, 2003
An unclear orange beer with no head. The aroma sweet and fruity with a strong elderflower note. The flavor is flat, acidic with strong notes of elderflower. A very refreshing beer - OK, but not fantastic. joergen (29216) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 25, 2005

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, white creamy head. Flowery and citric aroma. Very sweet flowery fruity flavour. Almost too sweet, but the more you drink the more pleasant it gets. Dry fruitish aftertaste.

Muddy pale orange. Light fruity elderflower aroma. Thin and metallic, really sweet, notes of vanilla. Lightly salty finish.
(Bottle 33 cl) Pretty amber with a fizzy head that cannot wait to get out of the bottle - collapses quickly though. The elderflower extract is present but not overwhelming. Weak wheaty notes (spelt actually).

This was developed by the father and son owners of Ørbæk (Nils and Nicolai Rømer) when they’d sacked their brewmaster. So it’s not that bad considering it’s been developed with no real brewing experience. 290903
33cl bottle. Pours almost clear golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of dry malt, cardboard, some flowers. Taste of dry fruity malt, flowers, cardboard, watery palate, meh... Rasmus40 (21989) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - APR 29, 2011
Unclear yellow almost without head. Aroma is sweet, light wheaty and lots of elderflowers. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Sweet and light acidic finish. Soft carbonation and a light beer overall dominated by the elderflowers. 150810 chriso (21656) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 5, 2005
On tap at Christian Firtal, Odense. Hazy blond colour. Very flowery aroma. Sweet and intensely herbal on the palate. Some wheaty notes and an acidic edge. The overall feel is soft and easy drinking. Nice enough but a bit sweet to be entirely refreshing and a bit short of presence to succeed entirely as a more serious beer.
