The foam is very nice and long, therefore, is a real wheat glass a must for this beer. Smells wonderful citrus, malt and the classic wheat beer aroma including yeast. The taste is gently sweetened with clear notes of honey, good malty richness and finally a light hoppy aftertaste. The sweet hint of honey is persistent, in the aftertaste. A great summer beer.

Pours clear copper color with a small head. Aroma of wheat, grass, caramel, some mild honey and toffee notes, mild yeast too. Flavor of banana, wheat, mild honey and toffee. Decent.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden honey with foamy white head. Aroma is sweet malt, heather honey, flowers, citrus, grass and hay. Taste is medium bitter and light sweet. Body is light oily with good carbonation. Finish is medium long and bitter with faint notes of spruce and spice.

Rating #763, bottle, I don’t remember where I bought it, but some random supermarket.

Appearance is beautiful amber coloured and a bit hazy. The beer has a nice foamy head with good duration. Suprisingly good impression. Aroma is caramel, malts, a tiny bit of wheat and czech style hops - a bit boring. Caramellish and malty flavour with a distinct bitterness turning acrid at most times. Spicyness from the hops is present as well and honey is located in the background. The acridness is too much, and so is a certain metal taste dominating the beer. I actually had to pour this one out because of the strong acridness, which has only happened twice before in my beer tasting history. Medium palate what depends on all aspects. Crappy brew.

Bottle. Organic. Pours a hazy yellow with an abundant white head. Almost no aroma but obviiusly a wheat beer with a little bit of citrus to the nose. The taste is slightly sweet without becoming overpowering, but a very metallic abrubt finish to the taste. Very thin light body - no flavour explotion at all. Almost no aftertaste. Low carbonation. Very dissapointing even for a wheat. Would do better with a piece of lemon in it to add some flavour. Definitely a summer beer for when you’re out of pure water.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, medium straw, white head. Spicy, yeasty aromas, citrus, honey, wheat. Off-dry, light bodied, low bitterness, lively CO2. Spicy, yeasty taste, honey, wheat, citrus, faint cardboard. (2012-01-11)

ogreface (1390) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JAN 9, 2012

0,5 l bottle courtesy of Ogreface, thanks!
Poured cloudy golden with some orange/reddish tones. Moderated aroma with a lot of grains, some lurking honey and grassy hops. Grainy taste with green leafs of hops and honey. Bittersweet aftertaste. Not bad.
