Bottle as Cap Horn. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty grainy caramel aroma. Fruity malty grainy flavor with hints of caramel. Has a fruity sweetish grainy finish.

Blom (844) - Sorø, DENMARK - DEC 15, 2009
Backlogging: The beautiful drawings by Peter Madsen are the most interesting part of this brown ale. It tastes like a rip off of Ørbæk’s normal brown ale: nutty and orientated around the malts with only a hint of bitterness.

Ungstrup (38154) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - DEC 5, 2005
A deep red beer with a bubbly orange brown head. The aroma is very light what is there is fruity combined with caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, citrus, and some straw. The body is thin inspite of the 6% ABV. Lacks either more complexity or a better balance.

MiP (15943) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - NOV 16, 2005
Bottle. Quite malty aroma, a little bonbon. Almost clear, dark toffee colour. Small head. Peppery and quite sweet flavour. Has a touch of artificial sweetener flavour. Aftertaste has a rough bitterness.
