Bottled (backlog). Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is mild honey with a bunch of fruits and some sugary notes. Flavour is sugary, zesty, mild bread with some slight honey to it as well. TorbenJensen (1534) - Valby, DENMARK - OCT 15, 2015
It has a pretty permanent white foam, but smells very little honey. There opposed smells fine of malt and hops. The taste was what I looked most forward to, but unfortunately I have disappointed to announce that the honey is lacking. It tastes fine hops, and I also sense a sweet as I might, using my most liveliest imagination can claim comes from honey (I must be honest tastes the most like a regular malt sweetness). As a whole, the then rich and tasty, but it is not what the bottle promises and it’s not so good for an otherwise highly respected brewery. Blom (844) - Sorø, DENMARK - DEC 15, 2009
The bees must have flown away from this one ... Floral aroma, a bit of berries and fruits. The flavour is sweet, but I do not detect the honey - perhaps due to the annoying amount of sparkling carbonation that seems to drown out any interesting flavour notes.

Light hazy yellow colour with a big white head. Neutral light malty aroma. Moderate sweet flavor with some honey. No bitterness. Watery aftertaste.

Botteled at Horsens Beerfestival. Hazy golden body with a nice off-white head. Aroma is floral and honey. Flavor is rather sweet, some honey, but not to dominant. It is OK this way, I’m normally not to keen on honey flavored beers, but it might work sometimes.

Bottle. Golden colour with white head. Aroma malty and notes of honey. Taste is dominated by honey, which I like. Ends mild and sweet. A fine summer ale. OleR (4804) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 13, 2008
500 ml bottle. Pours an unclear, dark straw-yellow body under a big creamish white head. Crisp malty and sweet-acidic citrus aroma. Fresh and fruity flavor with a touch of honey and spice. Low malt base, not much bitterness either. Sweetish, but still quite crisp in the mouth. Fruity, mild bitterish ending. Enjoyable. cellar (508) - Dublin, IRELAND - JUN 4, 2008
Thx for a great tasting kim, Beljohansen!
Pours light amber, unclear, notes of, well honey, spices, cinnamon, malt. Sweet taste and aftertaste. Pinball (12187) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 25, 2008
not much of an aroma, but some honey in it. Looks nice, Almost clear yellow with lage white head. Very sweet flavor, reminds me of ølfabrikken rug ipa, only this one is FAR from as good as rug ipa. honey, banana and pilsener. You have to like sweet beer to drink this. Above average palate. Overall a drinkable beer, but it’s a bit odd. I think it takes a few tries before we become friends. Defreni (3277) - Husum, DENMARK - MAY 18, 2008
Flaske. Kraftig duft af regnskovshonning, som også går igen i smagen, men dog på en overraskende velkomponeret måde. Klart en af de bedste honning øl jeg har smagt, og det er bestemt ikke in favorit.
