Bottle. Clear golden with medium fully diminishing white head. Flavour is sweet but not over the top, apples, elderflower and juice like.

thewolf (12755) - Kolding, DENMARK - JAN 22, 2011
Bottle, bought @ Føtex, Kolding.
Clear pale golden with a medium, frothy, white head. Aroma has heavy elderflowers, light sugary and a mild apple touch at the back. Highish carbonation, okay creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is very sweet, lots of elderflowers, mild sweet green apple, some mild tartness. But very sweet. Still not the worst commercial cider, I’ve ever had.

Bottle. Clear golden colour with a small white head. Aroma and flavour of elderflower.

fonefan (50717) - VestJylland, DENMARK - MAR 23, 2010
Bottle 330ml. clear glass @ home.
Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate elderflowers, light to moderate apple, black pepper, elderflower lemonade. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration, light peppery. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to lively. [20100227]

Pinball (12237) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 23, 2010
33cl bottle. clear slightly hazy yelloow/orange, white bubbly head. aroma of sweet apple juice, elderflowers, also a little sourness. seems to be a bit bitter from the elderflowers. taste is very sweet sort of ripe apple flavor, strong elderflowers, sugar. also some flavor resembling sweets (and which weirdly enough reminds me of ice cider). the sweetness is too much and makes it cloying. also resembles those red very soft gel winegums with suger on them, i hate that stuff. Way too sweet, wil be hard to finish.

Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 15, 2010
Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a clear golden with a small white head. Very distinct and fresh elderflower aroma. Medium body, sweet - almost syrupy - with very distinct elderflower notes, almost perfumy. Not many apple accents though. As a soft drink it’s very pleasant and quaffable. As a cider, well... 150310

Ungstrup (38248) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAR 15, 2010
Bottled. A hazy golden cider with a thin off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of elderflowers on a light apply back ground - like hyldeblomstdrik. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of elderflowers with light notes of apples, leading to a dry apply finish.

Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 12, 2010
Bottle at home - shared with Mette. Clear colden - white head. High elderflowers, apples, sweetness, flowery, high drinkability, sweetness, light sugar, white sugar. OK.

joergen (28980) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 2, 2010
Bottle at home. Clear golden coloured with a small white head. Sweet aroma dominated by elder flowers with notes of apples and nettles. Sweet flavour of apples and elderflowers. Sweet finish.

Hansen (8613) - Assentoft, DENMARK - FEB 20, 2010
Thanks to HenrikS for this one. Its real good for a cider. It has elderberries all over, spicy, pepper-like, soft too, but mostly sharp. Heavy-Champagne-aroma. 7-up flavor, sweet, a bit too sweet. Syrupy texture.
