Bottle at the Cerise Bar, Reading. Yellow with a light sparkle. Sweet apple juice from the start but there’s definitely a hint of something a bit more real in this cider. There’s a whiff of smoke at the start, a definite touch of farmyard throughout and a little woody dryness at the end. But the sweetness is just a little too strong to be offset by these other tastes and it leaves your mouth rather sticky afterwards. There’s some decent flavour here though; it could be quite a decent cider if they took the edge off the sweetness and stickiness. HenrikSoegaard (14100) - Randers, DENMARK - AUG 19, 2016

Bottled (backlog). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet apples, some mild vanilla and a bit of yeasty notes. Flavour is sweet and tart apples with some slight sugary and mild winelike notes. A bit thin, but otherwise ok. ALLOVATE (3003) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - SEP 21, 2015
Wow, phooooof, cow pat nose meets soft vanillin, balsa, toothpicks, pear drops. Pours a brilliant, deep, honey gold with light effervescence, actually almost still. Creamy, big and plump in feel. Quite sweet with lasting sugary sweet apple pulp. A lot of earthy, musty notes around to save it. Light salted cheese, tangy pear juice, long apple cordial flavour. Quite nice but on such a sweeter tip. Not quite my thing!! (50cL, BB 10/11/15, Luckies Liquor, East Vic. Park) mR_fr0g (11901) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - APR 14, 2015
