what an excellent Pale. Quite flavorful, wonderful palate, sweet finish. Excellent first class beer. Tom Servo (424) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - APR 20, 2002
Kind of a peachy flavor. Real good, though. Nice hoppy flavor, and a nice aroma. Schroppfy (2360) - Łódż, Warsaw, Poland; Michigan, Ohio, USA - APR 19, 2002
Wow. I love this style, and I love this beer. Hoppy, yes, but one of the most well-balanced beers (soft, rich, complex, malty, very slightly sweet) that I have ever had. If the aroma had more malt depth, it would move up even more. Not like SNPA; bigger bodied, nice sweet malt at the close. This is a serious keeper. This exemplifies why I always get two -- just in case the beer is an absolute winner. Glad I have one more. Aubrey (3516) - Bellingham, Washington, USA - FEB 18, 2002
Down-to-earth flavor, malty & clean. Kept my tastebuds busy... and happy. ttboy8099 (73) - Corvallis, Oregon, USA - FEB 6, 2002
One of my favorite pale ales that I have had. Nice and smooth!

A cloudy brown beer, w/ very nice balance. It finishes very smoothly. Very tasty. mchinn (22) - Orlando, Florida, USA - JAN 31, 2002
Very hoppy, bitter, and cloudy beer provides an earthy flavor and excellent finish. One of my new faves! 40oz (181) - Newport Beach, California, USA - NOV 11, 2001
Strong fruity hoppy aroma. Earthy hop aroma and bitterness balanced with a slight sweetness. Very tasty beer. Dawghouse Brewers99 (91) - Exeter, California, USA - NOV 9, 2001
Big foamy white head leaves a nice lacing on the glass. Fruity aroma is apparent in this amber colored medium bodied beer. Nice hoppy flavor. Excellent beer Orchard Street! Oakes (17685) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 1, 2001
Still a good one, though I’m not as in love with it as I used to be. The idea behind it was the combine elements of SNPA and Mirror Pond, and I think that this concept has been executed quite nicely. The standout from this brewery.
