Bottle at Orchid Cellar. Poured a golden yellow color with lots of alcohol legs on the edges of the glass. Aroma was nice honey notes, semi-sweet apples. Light booze. Pretty refreshing, which is surprising based on the alcohol content. Travlr (26944) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - SEP 21, 2014

375 Ml Bottle-Autumn Wine Festival, Salisbury Md-Light golden color w/aroma of apple. A traditional mead w/sweet apple flavor. A little bit of spice, but mostly apple. Sweetness works well in this lighter blend, not off putting like the Blacksmith. This would be a great desert wine wapple pie or coffee/carrot cake, but don’t pair it up w/anything too sweet, it’s pretty sweet already.
