50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a dense tan head. Light spiced aroma. Sweet fruity and light spiced flavour. Smooth alcohol feel and flavour into the finish. Light spiced flavour into the far finish. Somewhat too sweet for my liking, yet it is wellbrewed and wellcomposed - good start. Ungstrup (37889) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAY 3, 2008
Bottled. A murky dark brown beer with a rim of brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of alcohol, medium notes of caramel, and a light touch of bread. The flavor is very sweet with a strong note of alcohol, leading to a slightly bitter finish. Too alcoholic for my liking, it must be possible to hide the alcohol better. I wonder what herbs was used - I didn’t pick up any traces of them. joergen (28394) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 3, 2008

Bottle at ChrisO "I’m Trying to see the Stool" pre GBBF2010 tasting. Lovely dark beer. Good malts, touch of whisky malt. This beer is all about the malts and the blend is very good indeed.
