Vår tolkning av denna belgiska bondgårdsöl jäser vi varmt för att få fram kryddiga aromer från jästen.

Our Belgian Saison fermented a little bit higher in temperatur to get more aromas.

4 oz. draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Boston, 23 September, 17. Aroma has a great yeast presence, rustic grain. Rustic grain backbone, Yeast is very pronounced. Mild lingering tartness is here. The nice thing is it doesn't come off sour. The yeast drives the brew. I love this!

Bottle from a bottle swap, thanks Hopmaestro!

Lovely funky spicy aroma. The taste is spicy and very dry without any sourness it almost feels a bit sweet. Overall a bit of sourness be geat. A bit too much of bananas in a saison for my taste, too much into the wheat beer side of things

Tutaj akurat szału nie ma, nie popisali się zbytnio, brakuje im do dobrych saisonów

Taboada (1657) - Compostela (Galiza), SPAIN - JUN 16, 2017
Tap, sample. Tasted on the 13/05/2017 at MBCC (Copenhagen). Cloudy golden to orange colour with a thin white head. Aroma of grass, malt, yeast and fruits. Taste is slightly malty and yeasty with a grainy finish. Next one please!

Cunningham (8704) - Halden, NORWAY - JUN 8, 2017
Unclear golden color with a fine white head. Pleasant intensity in the aroma with a fine yeast profile. Medium body with an average carbonation level. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Mild acidity. Citric, fruity and a fine Belgian yeast profile in the flavor. Nice refreshing ale.
