Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, rich firm head. Aroma of hay and honey. Sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Sugary bread and hay. Mid bitter finish. A good pilsner can be either bone dry and crisp, or soft and gentle. This is more hard and edgy.

Hopmaestro (1719) - Örebro, SWEDEN - JUN 5, 2017
Aroma is wet grassy and herbal. A sweet lingering sensation of peaches or apricots. Taste follows the nose with maybe even more apricot and also sweet honey. Light bread. Luckily a grassy bitterness kicks in and choke holds the sweetness and give the brew a worthy ending. An OK pilsner, no more, no less.
