0.33l bottle @ Distilled NYC. This is a pale blurry looking one. Lots and lots of bug bubbles climbing up the glass. No real head. Smells nice. Apply, mild dusty with some pear hints. A mild apply sweetness in the taste but its not too sweet. Pears and soft cellar dust. Some acidity also giving it a mild freshness. Works decent in the hot NYC sun. 19.06.2015 Larry_Duffman (526) - - MAY 29, 2017
I poured it from the bottle into a pint glass. It pours a clear golden with a fizzy, white head. The aroma is apples. The taste is tart apples and lemon. Itís dry, bubbly, and refreshing. Itís not overly sweet. Itís a decent cider. Nothing really stands out. Thereís nothing wrong with it though. mvksmall (2) - Maryland, USA - JAN 14, 2017 does not count

On tap. Light golden in color. Fermented apple aroma. Traditional apple flavor. Prototypical cider, but good. Nuffield (4167) - Roseville, Minnesota, USA - AUG 21, 2015
Light yellow, low head. Moderate carbonation, slightly tingling, on the dry side, a bit tart. Decent flavors, not especially distinctive however. decaturstevo (6240) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - AUG 1, 2015

Rated based on notes taken 14 July 2012 -- This is an okay cider. Maybe a little thin for my preference but not bad. benprowde (1) - - JUL 4, 2015 does not count
Iím not sure why this cider gets a bad wrap, it has a very distinct taste and is a really unique cider. Itís brewed with champagne yeast, so it is much more dry compared to a standard cider and even tastes similar to champagne. It also only has 7 grams of sugar, probably the lowest Iíve seen in a cider. Overall, itís one of the best, if not the best, cider Iíve ever had.
