I’m not sure why this cider gets a bad wrap, it has a very distinct taste and is a really unique cider. It’s brewed with champagne yeast, so it is much more dry compared to a standard cider and even tastes similar to champagne. It also only has 7 grams of sugar, probably the lowest I’ve seen in a cider. Overall, it’s one of the best, if not the best, cider I’ve ever had. burg326 (5488) - Florida, USA - JUN 21, 2015
From the bottle with aromas of light apples and dryness. Flavors are granny smith apples light champagne and dryness. Meh not my cup of tea. geologyguy (1608) - Columbia, South Carolina, USA - APR 2, 2015
Couldn’t rate appearance, medium apple smell, taste is mild med apple that is natural, not artificial...very Meh though unclemike (3143) - Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA - MAR 13, 2015
Pour is a cloudy chalk color with a fizzy head. Aroma is nothing special as artificial apple is the only thing you detect. Flavor is much of the same. Very artificial and watery. Iznogud (3901) - CROATIA - FEB 16, 2015
On tap in Brooklyn. Pours yellow with small white head. Apple aroma and flavor. Sweet with dry finish.

Sampler at the Funky Buddha Brewery in Oakland Park, Fl 2/9/15 Very good! Alphadelic (2248) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JAN 12, 2015
Crisp and clean looks. On the nose too, a little tart, a little dry. In the mouth there is a burst of sweetness that is quickly evened out with tangy tart fruit both of which slowly fade away twirling together quite pleasantly. AirForceHops (7308) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - DEC 1, 2014
Draft, Nano Brew Cleveland on 26 Nov, 2014. Aroma is apple sweetness, sugars. Light in body with high carbonation and a dry, clean finish. Tart apples, weak white grape and pears. Overall well-made but standard. AdamChandler (5081) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - NOV 29, 2014
Clear with only a faint yellow. Nose has a very faint acidity of Granny Smith and heirloom dry apples. Taste is good. Sharp sweetness that fades to a very hearty finish. I like this one Bulk_Carrier (6065) - Vermont, USA - SEP 22, 2014
Thank you Shari for sending this to me.
She sent 2 bottles. One was poured into a pint glass and the other was poured into a wine glass.
The appearance was the same in both. A slight hazy amber color with a transparency about it to allow a bubbly carbonation to be seen rising.
The smell had a sweet to tart apple note and an added sugary note as well.
The taste was moderately sweet with a balancing tartness that was pretty good.
On the palate, there’s a certain sharpness but still a light sticky dry sweet apple rolling over my tongue. I would say that this one sat about a light on the body.
Overall, not a bad cider. I think I could return to this if I saw it again or if offered.
