Its funny how big brewers often make quite a deep range of pale lagers that really taste within a very narrow flavour range. This beer is a great example; I cant really pick the difference b/w this, Super Dry and Draft. Middle of the road for the style; crisp, sharp, some corn from the adjunct, but not much in the way of malt and hop character (broken record?).

On tap at little local Kyoto restaurant. Pale yellow with three finger head. Pale and corn aroma, wheat, lemongrass and malt. Smooth and boring.

Pretty good for an export lager. Light gold, thick white head. Mild hay and grassyness. Tried in Benson with Jess in 2017.

Can at home in Kyoto. Pours clear gold wth a voluminous, frothy white head. Light papery notes in the aroma, some pale grains, hay, simple bread. Light sweet flavour with more pale grains, light bitter hay, more paper. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, with light papery dryness, some vague citrusy accents, more pale grains, straw. A fairly mediocre macro pale lager.

From a can. Pretty standard lager, but on the better side of the ledger, I would drink it again.

This beer is clean and light. Crips with moderate carbonation. Flavors of straw and grass, goes well with the stronger flavors in Sushi and Sashimi.

500ml can. Does what it says. Drought. Ummm. Yellow, wet, fizzy. Not much else to say

Well, when in Okinawa...Draft in The Toquee, Zamami village. Clear golden color, with sticky white head, dense, but also with big bubbles. Some lacing. Aroma is fruity and soft sweet. Light sweet and fruity flavor. Light bodied. Hint of bitterness in the finish. As expected: Unremarkable but not unpleasant.

Just barely a step above the typical macro lager crap. Slightly sweet with presence of corn, wheat and metallic unpleasantness.

bomber @ Cork n Bottle / Crescent Springs KY --- Aroma of malt and rice. Clear medium-light amber, fluffy 1" white head, globs of lace. Taste is malt and rice, consistently sweet, adding a jolt of edgy carbonation that serves as a balance. Just another "big box" Lager, although, theres a little more flavor here.

~20oz bottle pour at a local sushi restaurant. Poured a golden yellow color, big head, quickly dissipating. Aroma was light rice, sweet grains. Flavor was similar.
