"A light and refreshing beer. A surprisingly full mouth-feel with a superior balance of malt and hop, and a rewarding fruit finish."

Bottle from Finland. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, hops and notes of citrus.

Dannatamente rinfrescante e beverina.

500ml bottle. Pours light clear yellow. Pungent pineapple, pine aromas, very much hop driven. Sweet crisp palate, again, pineapple, some lime, with a drop of hay. Short bitter hop finish. Overall, the taste beats everything else hands down...

ClubGonzo (5670) - Bergen, NORWAY - MAR 14, 2012
Bottle from Centra Colosseum, Oslo. Pours a clear golden body with a medium creamy white. Nose is lemongrass, lime and hints of pale malts. Refreshing. Taste is a bit strange; some stagnant sweet malts, citric tones and hints of herbs. Full body, as surprisingly as advertised. All in all a strange but OK golden/blonde.

ganache (5905) - New Jersey, USA - MAR 1, 2012
Bottle. Nose of light citrus and grass in with pale malt, light tropical fruit. Hazy yellow-orange with a creamy, rocky white head. Softish medium body, medium bitterness is much more reminiscent of intense grapefruit than the effects of hops, though the dry hopping is noticeably green. A little tart/acidic, and some abrasive scratching of the tongue (again, squeezing all kins of fun bitterness out of the fruit there), and with some vague fruitiness from the yeast. As a pale ale, somewhat weak and one-dimensional; as a golden/blond ale, a standout.

Golden colour, white head. Aroma of caramel ands citrus. Flavour of fruits, caramel and bitterness. Was bettered by many similar ales today.

cgreb (422) - Marburg, GERMANY - JAN 14, 2012
bottle - clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma has some very nice citrus hints. Flavour is quite "light" but very refreshing. Low maltiness. Nice hops. Medium carbonation.

Bottle. Clear golden with light white head. Feint nose. Light citrus notes. Fading malt character. Thin but ultimately satisfying.

Bottle: I would score this beer pretty much straight down the middle, it was drinkable and pleasant enough but it done nothing at all to excite me or to make me want to buy it again. The nose and taste seemed to be too light and missing a little bit of depth and overall the drink seemed rather bog-standard. Probably not a beer I’ll buy again but if it was given to me then I’d drink it no problem.

Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - SEP 30, 2011
Bottle at home. Clear golden pour, white head. Aroma is buttery, some tropical fruits, slightly dusty and metallic. Flavor is somewhat bitter, somewhat spicy, a hint of orange and tangerine, but quite artificial. Quite boring.
