Bottle. Clear golden with light white head. Feint nose. Light citrus notes. Fading malt character. Thin but ultimately satisfying. flying_pig (1687) - SCOTLAND - DEC 1, 2011
Bottle: I would score this beer pretty much straight down the middle, it was drinkable and pleasant enough but it done nothing at all to excite me or to make me want to buy it again. The nose and taste seemed to be too light and missing a little bit of depth and overall the drink seemed rather bog-standard. Probably not a beer I’ll buy again but if it was given to me then I’d drink it no problem.

Bottle at home. Clear golden pour, white head. Aroma is buttery, some tropical fruits, slightly dusty and metallic. Flavor is somewhat bitter, somewhat spicy, a hint of orange and tangerine, but quite artificial. Quite boring. imdownthepub (15526) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - SEP 27, 2011
Bottled, 500ml from The George & Abbotsford Hotel Beer Shop, Melrose, Scotland. Pale gold with white head. Quite a light, thinnish beer, there is a light, fruity maltiness with a hint of sweetness. The fruity sweetness lasts through the beer. A little too light. BoBoChamp (5754) - Gent, BELGIUM - SEP 11, 2011
50cl, Scottish brew, from Bierzwerg Greven, not complex brew, malty and slightly floral/fruity, easy to drink, balanced, clear, small head, nothing special

Bottle courtesy of Fin. Golden/amber pour with a white head. Quite a floral nose. Bit of vanilla and citrus in there too. Light malt flavours with a bit of pear. Fruity/sweet feel. Bitter finish. MPA (1040) - Amager (form. Nørrebro&Aalborg), DENMARK - JUL 30, 2011
Bottle (dmg notes). Quite certain this is the Northern Light, I had. Don’t remember having seen any others in my hand, but the note isn’t fully readable. Golden with a fine white head. Aroma of hops, malt and peaches. Fresh fruity flavour with a nice bitterness in the end. Volatum (11) - USA - JUL 22, 2011
A bitter beer, for me it had little to no aftertaste, which I thought was awesome. It’s light, I’d imagine it’d go great with burgers or sandwiches, nothing heavy like a steak dinner or the like. I’d buy again, but singles only, not a case-worthy beer for me. FatPhil (17334) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAY 26, 2011
500ml bottle (St. Urho’s, Helsinki)
6 Pleasant fruity aroma, light citrus, a touch minerally.
3 Orange, small head.
6 Wimple wooly malts, slightly dry and papery, but also pleasantly citrussy.
3 Full palate, a touch sweet, and with pleasant carnonation. Finish is wooly again, and with drying hops, a bit earthy.
12 Adequate, but lastes dead beacause it is dead. For the strength it’s not a bad brew.
