COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A deep golden beer with an aroma of sweet nutty malt, hints of cedarwood and dark fruits. An inviting rich malt palate is balanced with notes of wood, herbs and a spicy fruitiness from British grown hops.

Cask at the Corrie Inn, pours a light amber hue with a nice creamy head and good lacing. The aroma is grassy, citra hoppy and dark fruitiness. Quite bitter, decent malt to hop balance with both showing through. Actually not a bad pint.

Pint, reverie, Edinburgh. Pours medium almond amber with a thick nitrogen haze and a medium tan head, residing. Scent is medium almonds and light sweetness. Taste is dense caramel malt with some grassy and herbal notes. Finish dry and smooth. Very great.

Cask draft at The Portcullis near Stirling Castle. Pours a nice caramel with a creamy head that coats the glass. Aroma has nice bready caramel with classic spicy earthy hops. Taste is nice and balanced with nice caramel. Medium body with a low-medium carbonation. Great cask mouth feel. Overall a nice surprise to find. Good balanced caramel with a solid mouth feel.

Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Roms (JDW), Bristol March 2015. Pale amber with a decent, white, head. Rich, malty sweetness, with marmalade notes, some green herbs and a hint of pine, before a dryish finish. Pleasant.

Deep golden, very light hazy, small off white head. Aromas of orange zest and grass develop. Very low carbonation, light slick, light-medium body. Light astringent zestyness. Short finish.
