McWorta (1558) - LUXEMBOURG - JUN 20, 2015
Copper-nut-brown, frothy dark white beige head with good lacings. Aromas of nuts, bready malts, light toast and some butterscotch develop. Softly carbonated, soft texture and medium body. Juicy malt center light herbal bitterness with a medium finish. Bit more oomph than the british version.

Pale ale, but with a darker malt mix. Excellent hop/malt and bitter/sweet balance. O: another solid and recommended offering from Orkney.

ianwelby (1152) - SCOTLAND - APR 29, 2015
Clear red beer with a thick frothy head and a smell of dry, spicy malt. Flavour follows that up with a touch of hop and an almost smoky finish. Theres a touch of citrus running through it as well which makes it feel quite a bit fresher too.

A nice malty beer from Rory D. Balanced with some moderate hopping but would have known it was Cascade. Good water treatment.
