thewolf (12533) - Kolding, DENMARK - SEP 22, 2009
Cask @ Charlies, Cph.
Pours hazy, deep amber with a small, creamy, off-white head. Fine duration. Lovely aroma, caramel, berries, malts and flowery hops. Low carbonation, fine and dry mouthfeel. Flavour starts sweet and malty, then comes a touch of pepper and a nice dose of flowery hops. Just a hint of chocolate. Very dry finish. Nice!

ogivlado (7764) - Zagreb, CROATIA - SEP 8, 2009

RichardW (1813) - Carlisle, Cumbria, ENGLAND - JUL 31, 2009
Cask, King’s Head, Carlisle. Rich, smoky and malty with a bitter, almost metallic, edge that continues well into the finish. This is offset by a soft, peaty aroma but it’s a little too harsh a beer for me.

fonefan (48622) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JUN 5, 2009
Cask @ Abbotsford, 3-5 Rose Street, Edinburgh EH2 2PR, Scotland.
Clear medium to dark brown red color with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, moderate to light heavy hoppy, pine, orange, smoke - peat notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090408]
