FLAVOR: Surprisingly mild compared to the nose. Some borderline sourness/tang up front. Sharp burnt toast or old coffee on the finish. Minor dry bitterness. No sweetness whatsoever. Some wet cardboard presence (oxidized). 8/20
MOUTHFEEL: Light/medium body; low carbonation. Slick texture. No alcohol warmth. Smooth but boring. 2/5
OVERALL IMPRESSION: All signs point to old bottle, but no freshness date to verify. Probably decent fresh. 5/10
